Add 1 cup (half the bag) or less of herbal bath tea blend to the reusable muslin pouch provided. Tightly tie the tea bag closed and add to the bathtub as it fills with warm water. Bathe for 20-30 minutes, breathe deeply & enjoy! Repeat no more than once a week max.
